The tour was really great. All that was mentioned and discussed for the trip was provided to us. There were no hidden charges at all. Accommodation was really good and the services they offered were really good.One marked feature was the hospitality. It was at its best.
One thing that could be improved was the "Boat House" trip. The length of the cruise should be longer. It wasn't just enough. Other boats took their guests deep into the lake, our boat people didn't do so (even though we had ample amount of time). Food that was served on the boat trip was really great.
Most Important mention is about "DRIVER GOPY". He is an absolute delight!!!! He is simply superb. Through out the trip he made sure we are comfortable. He took care of each and every detail of our trip. Many times he went over and beyond his regular duties to make sure we don't face any hassles. Also his knowledge about all the places is great. He was a driver cum tour guide, which is fantastic. Also his attitude and down to earth nature is a real standout. Across locations he made sure we get the best restaurants for dining. Whenever we asked for anything he was there with us throughout the trip.
Please do mention GOPY, that he is one of the memories from Kerala trip. He is the best driver we have met throughout our trips across several Indian states.
